Purchase terms

What you are buying

All prices are in US dollars. Each purchase covers one project and is one-time; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.

• Launch · $29: one project profile and source review, a headline, value proposition and audience edit, plus one factual correction round.
• Growth · $79: Launch services plus a written founder interview, a case-study outline covering customers, pricing and growth, and one revision round.
• Spotlight · $149: Growth services plus a proposed 7-day sponsored placement. Its location and dates are agreed with you, and the placement is clearly labeled Sponsored.

Timing and materials

We contact you within 2 business days after payment. Supply a working project website, public sources and the materials requested for your package. The first editorial draft is delivered within 10 business days after complete inputs are received.

Spotlight placement is scheduled within 30 days after complete assets are provided, or the undeliverable placement is refunded. We agree the placement dates and location with you before it runs. Do not send payment-provider keys or private customer data as project materials.

Cancellation and refunds

You may request a full refund before work begins. If a sponsored placement cannot be delivered as agreed, contact us to arrange its refund. To cancel, ask about incomplete work or request a refund, email support@mrrtrace.com with your order reference.

Approved refunds go through the original Stripe payment. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Editorial independence

Service payment does not guarantee publication, a revenue verification badge, traffic, sales or revenue. Every financial claim is still subject to our source, ownership, product scope and freshness checks. Payment does not change verification decisions or organic rankings.

Sponsored placements carry a Sponsored label. Commissioned interviews and cases disclose the commercial relationship. Editorial support and payment confirmation are separate from publication and fulfillment.

Payment and confirmation

Stripe hosts checkout and collects your payment details. MRRTrace stores the order, selected package, quoted amount, payment reference and the contact email confirmed by Stripe so we can deliver the service. A return to the success page alone is not proof of payment; we verify the Stripe payment before marking an order paid.

The directory, public cases and standard project submission remain available in the free pilot.
